"Don’t go! Skanky, no one there to let me in or register me, even though I booked well in advance. I will seek a reimbursement or tell my bank to challenge the charge. No one returned my call while I waited and so I walked about two blocks to the Warwick, which was an excellent experience."

"I was here for only 2 nights so it was perfect. 1. The lobby is clean and inviting, check in was fast and reception staff are kind and helpful. 2. On my first night, the toilet flush wasn’t functioning and the water kept running. The receptionist immediately came over and fixed it.
