Find All-inclusive Hotel in London City Centre

"Strange that there was not an elevator or method to reach someone for assistance with heavy luggage. It was very cold and rainy on arrival so not having an easy way to get my heavy suitcase inside was surprising. Otherwise, fine hotel. Quiet. Super comfortable beds. Nice restaurant. "

"Hotel is in a fab location. Rooms we had was very small, which I understand due to building age and dynamics. Staff were nice, breakfast. Was average, food was hot and tasted fine. Typical English breakfast, no real complaints. Found it strange there were no usb plugs in the room. ( minor for me). Most hotels do have them installed above plugs. Overall. A nice stay. "
