Beautiful property with quirky features. Communication was brilliant throughout. The apartment was clean and comfortable for 6 of us - I would say that to say it sleeps 9 is optimistic - there are 4 singles beds and a double. Other beds are sofa beds in the living room. Overall, a great place with a fantastic location

Spacious appointment in the old city of Lisbon
The appointment is very spacious with a rustic appeal. The location is perfect, right in the middle of all the action, in the old part of town. The only regret is the lack of air conditioning, which would make a huge difference when trying to get some good quality of sleep.

Great location and decor
Travelling with a family of 10 (4 kids), the space was FANTASTIC!! The 2 bathroom (no baths) were also great for a group of 6 adults. I loved the decor and building :) the history, the detail and the vintage feel was just what I love. The sofa bed was super comfy and Goncalo & Miku arranged for the sofa bed to be made up upon our arrival. Also the bedrooms were a great size, the beds and pillows were comfy. It was a perfect location to walk around and see the sights of Lisbon. On the down side: * There is mould in the first bathroom and peeling paint from water damage. * The floor in the living area and hallway, had not been swept for a while. A childs black dress was covered in dust after playing on the floor. We ended cleaning the floor ourselves, it was more dust than should have been there since the apartment was cleaned the day before. * The downstairs neighbour showed us water damage in the ceiling, which matched up to the water damage in the bathroom and the back of kitchen sink where water just dripped down the back (it seems to downstairs). Goncalo & Miku informed this was an ongoing issue with the neighbour. I mention the water leaking because it scared me quite a bit to see water dripping from the ceiling light fixtures :| it’s extremely dangerous. I’m neither an electrician or a plumber but I can imagine the water leaking into the light fixtures in the apartment directly below can’t be safe for either the downstairs apartment or Tejo Vintage.

beautiful rehab apartment. lacking just a few details...ex, hooks in bathroom for towels...maybe a rug or two in hallway and living areas as the place is large and echo-ey. You wake people up if you need to open bedroom door (noisy open/close) to get up for water or bathroom. The place really sleeps only 6, unless you have a small person for couch as it is small and uncomfortable for sleeping.Otherwise, the place is really good and excellent location. We were party of eight and stayed only one night, so it was fine, but don't think it would have worked for us for more than two nights.

Spacious Accommodation in Fabulous Location
We've had a fantastic experience staying at this spacious, modern, yet charming apartment. The hosts were very attentive and helpful. Everything was set up as promised and communication via Whatsapp was prompt and convenient. The apartment is located a short walk to Metro, old town and most other attractions in Lisbon. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Lisbon!

One of the most unique places I have ever stayed
I just loved the place so much! The place looked exactly like the pictures, even nicer when it's sunny outside and natural light coming through the window.  The apartment is wonderful - eclectically furnished and very comfortable. i appreciated the details that made it feel like home - water and wine in the fridge, etc. The apartment is well located and definitely has everything you would need. The check in was one of the easiest ones I've ever had as well. Overall, a great apartment!

Buena ubicación, pero tiene varios problemas
El departamento está en un edificio antiguo y por lo tanto aunque esta bonito y tiene el charm de una construcción auténtica de mediados del siglo XX, tiene algunos detalles que debes valorar. El departamento está en un tercer piso y no hay elevador, por lo que si viajas con equipaje como nosotros, es pesado subirlas. El lugar tampoco tiene estacionamiento y el parking más cercano está como a 500 m (con bastante pendiente) lo cual también es un poco complicado. El apartamento no tiene aire acondicionado, pero hay ventiladores que hacen que la estáncia sea placentera... El único tema con el mantenimiento son los baños que ya tienen algo de uso y por alguna razón huelen mal. Fuera de eso, la ubicación es excelente.

Nos alojamos un par de noches en diciembre un grupo de 7 amigas y el alojamiento fue perfecto para ello. Es espacioso, dispone de 3 habitaciones dobles y un amplio salón con sofá cama, dos baños con ducha y una cocina. Sobre la cocina no puedo opinar porque la estancia fue corta y no la utilizamos. Está muy bien ubicado para recorrer la ciudad. Como en la mayor parte de edificios del casco histórico hay que tener en cuenta que es un tercer piso sin ascensor, perfecto para nosotras, pero algo a tener en cuenta si se viaja con personas mayores. La comunicación con el personal via correo y whatsapp fue adecuada. Recomendable para grupos que visiten la ciudad.

위치 짱!!!
중심지역 근처에 있어 이동이 아주 편리했어요~ 넓은 숙소로 친구들과 대 만족~~ 단지 엘베가 없어 캐리어를 3층까지 올리고 내리는게 불편. 그러나 나머지는 매우 만족스러워 불편함 상쇄하고도 남는 훌륭한 숙소. 여행의 즐거움을 더욱 배가 시켜주는 숙소로 강추합니다~~~^^

Apartament położony w świetnej lokalizacji w starej kamienicy. Dogodne połączenie komunikacja miejska z lotniskiem i dzielnica Belém. W pobliżu kilka najciekawszych atrakcji turystycznych Lizbony. Ze względu na to, ze mieszkanie jest w przepięknej starej kamienicy, pojawiają się drobne niedogodności taki jak nierówna i skrzypiąca podłoga, niemiła won kanalizacji oraz wibracje od przejeżdżających pojazdów ale z drugiej strony pozwala to poczuć klimat starej Lizbony. Właściciele obiektu bardzo pomocni, troszczący się o gości. Ogólnie miejsce godne polecenia.

Excelente localização com conforto de sobra!
Fomos um dos primeiros hóspedes do apartamento. Ele é incrível e possui todas as comodidades necessárias para acomodar até 10 pessoas! Cozinha toda equipada com direito a temperos e vinho sem custo a mais; banheiros amplos com chuveiro quente e quartos muito confortáveis; a sala é enorme assim como o sofá, onde pudemos nos recostar e curtir uma TV com canais a cabo, inclusive Netflix. Mas com certeza o melhor de tudo é a localização: exatamente ao lado da Praça do Comércio, com restaurantes, mercados, cafés e transporte público muito próximos. Tivemos todo o atendimento necessário e o pessoal foi extremamente prestativo...agradecemos pela hospitalidade e recomendamos a hospedagem!!

It was the best location one can ever dream of. Less than 5minutes walk from Praça do Comércio and all major transportation was available within 1minute walk. Supermarket behind the building and drugstore at the station, souvenir shop right next door. Spacious and lovely living room and three comfortable bedrooms for everyone. Very, very! helpful host made our stay even greater. Thank you for assisting us with the suitcase. It is on 3rd floor(4th ) without elevator but the host and staff helped us carry our suitcases upstairs. Highly recomended.

Die Lage und Ausstattung ist perfekt. Die Kommunikation via WhatApp Gruppe ist hervorragend. Auf Sonderwünsche wird eingegangen. Der Organisierte Transfer hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Gerne wieder. Einzige Einschränkung: Die Lage "bezahlt" man in den vorderen Zimmern mit etwas Verkehrslärm (Strassenbahn, Autos).

Very convenient and spacious
This place is very convenient to do sightseeing in Lisbon. walkable to most of things you want to see in the city. Very close to public transportations (buses, trams, and metro) so that you can go far as well. The room is spacious, and well maintained. A little bottle of wine welcomed us. The only issue we had was the tremor. Every time a bus or a truck passes the front street, you feel it. Because of the prime location, cars pass throughout the night. But overall, great value for money. Since we reserved in the very last minutes, we got a discounted price.

Nuestra experiencia ha sido negativa porque nos encontramos al llegar que nos querían cobrar 130 euros más porque decían que la reserva era para dos , éramos cinco y si había un error sólo era cuestión de reclamar a la agencia pero se dedicaron a llamarnos por teléfono y aporrear la puerta a las 8 de la mañana les pagamos porque nos amargaron la estancia y yo me pregunto quien reserva un piso de tres habitaciones con dos camas para 2 personas nosotros alquilamos un espacio que era el apartamento, pero insisto son las formas , muy mal educados y desagradables no lo recomiendo, apartarte el apartamento estaba viejo y con humedades y la tarima estaba deteriorada y además hay que subir tres plantas sin ascensor algo muy incómodo para las maletas

Não é um hotel e sim apartamento de aluguel, na recepção se voçe não tem um telefone de lá(europa) fica um pouco dificil, o problema maior foi estarmos com dois idosos de 79 e 75 anos e ter que subir 3 lances enormes de escada, na entrada o rapaz que entregou a chave do apto ate ajudou a carregar. A localização é muito boa, o apartamento e todo muito antigo mas bem conservado.

Appartement très bien situé.
Globalement très bien mais manque des petits détails comme l installation de pateres dans les salles de bains. Quelques signes de mauvais entretiens dans les salles de bains et la cuisine. Le service ménage est peut être à surveiller car les torchons de cuisine étaient sales et le lave vaisselle aussi. Le chauffage électrique est limité pour la grandeur de l appartement. L appartement est mal isolé. On entend les voisins et la musique du restaurant.

Perfect apartment in the centre country
El apartamento es perfecto. Hemos convivido 2 familias, 8 personas en total Es enorme y espacioso, confortable y bien decorado, con 2 baños completos y un suelo de madera precioso Esta en el centro junto a la Plaza del Comercio. Sitio ideal porque todo está cerca, la plaza Rossio, Chiado, alfama , barrio alto. Para nosotros perfecto. El unico inconveniente esque el apacamiento es nulo, hay que dejar el coche en un parking publico, pero Gonzalo nos indicó uno muy cerca del piso.
