"Hotel itself was very clean, staff responded fast through message so we could enter in with code, the actual room it’s safe as someone would have to go through 2 coded doors and a locked door or climb 6 stories, the outside was definitely on a sketchy road people were staring so make sure to look at your surroundings and the people at ALL TIMES. I probably wouldn’t go alone, other than that the room was amazing for the price and bed was very comfty! "

"Great location on the Main Street. Would have been better if there was a downstairs lounge/ seating area. Very friendly, helpful and efficient front of house staff. Nice to have welcoming pastel de nata and port wine. Delighted to get a cake and candles on my wife’s birthday. Would definitely recommend and revisit. "

"*오픈 한지 얼마 안된 깨끗하고 친절한 호텔-신혼여행으로 최고!* 오픈 한지 얼마 안된 호텔이라 시설이 깨끗하고 모던합니다. 발코니 있는 방에서 묵었는데 뷰가 정말 이쁘고 방도 꽤 넓어서 쾌적하게 잘 지내다 갑니다. 건물 복도 및 침구류에서 좋은 냄새가 나서 호텔 들어올때마다 지친 심신이 힐링 되었네요. 스텝들도 다들 친절하고 프로페셔널 합니다. 아침 식사도 포함되어 있어서 늘 배 든든하게 채운 후 여행하였네요. 한가지 아쉬운거는 화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 올라옵니다. 포르투갈 시내군데군데에서 하수구 냄새가 종종 나서 뭐 낙후된 도시 및 건물 배수관의 문제인거 같아 크게 개의치는 않았습니다만 예민하신 분들은 참고하세요. "

"Hotel staff were super friendly. We had breakfast included in ours, it was a simple meal but definitely filling. It was an interesting room layout for our hotel. I was pleasently suprised how quiet our rooms were for hearing any noise. I stayed over new years and you could not hear any parties going on in the streets, as well the hotel staff gifted us a bottle of wine to celebrate the new year with. "
