"Every staff member we met was friendly, courteous, and helpful. We were greeted with a cup of tea and a piece of cake when we checked in! Breakfast buffet was plentiful. They kindly brought up a kettle, cup & saucer and tea for me because I don’t drink coffee. When they found out it was my mother’s birthday, they left a lovely pice of cake in her room. "I would recommend this property to everyone. It was very clean welcoming. They left us a little welcome gift. There was a little patio so my husband could smoke. It was a really nice size that had two bathrooms and all the amenities close to everything. The staff was really nice. We needed a Plug for our cell phones and they provided that whenever we need the taxi, they would call one love the area. We will stay there again."

"Rooms were a little small - but we didn't come to Lisbon to hang out in our room. The eating area on the fifth floor gave us a good workout but it was nice area to work, drink coffee and read. The hotel location couldn't be better."
