"Checked in around 8PM. Front desk does not have customer service at all, it was like he is being forced to be there. Wi-Fi does not work at all. Bathroom smelled of sewage. And to end the mattresses are rock hard and uneven. However, hotel location is really good. Housekeeping staff are really great and quick if you need anything. Please remember to bring a air freshener!!"

"We arrived 4 hours before check in and we were given a room within a few mins with no fuss. Room was a suite - perfect for our family of 4. Room had everything we needed, free complimentary minibar which was refuelled daily. Room service and cleaning was on point and the reception staff whenever required fulfilled all requests. Breakfast was brilliant with plenty of selection and amazing views of the mosque of the prophet from one side. Location is the best thing - literally on the courtyard of the mosque with amenities and shops available in all directions. Would I reccomend? 1000% would i stay again? 1000000% !!!"
