"What a find! Centrally located in a "local traffic only" part of Lisbon. Surrounded by the livelyness of the city, this is a peaceful oasis in the midst of it all. We stayed in one of the one bedroom appartments in high season for a very reasonable price. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was included and excellent. The interior patio was lovely as well. If we make it back to Lisbon, I would rebook this in...

"Love the hotel. Great breakfast. The hotel is so pretty inside and outside. So many bars nearby. Easy to walk to many city sights. Tram 28 runs by the end of the road. Superb!"

"I love this place! The view from our balcony is gorgeous and we spend an entire afternoon just sitting there drinking and taking pictures. The room is spacious, although the stairway is a bit narrow (but the staff there has taken care of all our luggages up and down so it’s not an issue). The front desk lady has been extremely helpful and super nice in terms of booking us parking space, sending parking and checking-in instructions, as well as sharing restaurants and stores around the hotel....

"The location and size of this place is outstanding. The unit was huge and the bathroom was the biggest we have seen in Portugal. Everything was walkable and the area was quite safe and easy to navigate. That said, communication with the host was lacking. Once we figured things out we were good to go though. Side note, you are right on top of the tram, so you can hear it running all day / evening. It really didn’t bother us and we actually thought it was funny. I’m not sure we would stay here...

"Very Unique property "inside" of a really fabulous restaurant. Great food and all the staff were very helpful (they even had takeaway breakfast for us at 4 am when we left for our flight! Great walkable location in Barrio Alto--the only drawback was the distance to parking and lots of stairs to get there. We will return! "

" This is a great location in historic part of town with walkable stores and shops close by, Kudos to staff, special mention to Luana who makes fresh squeezed orange juice and sets up nice breakfast every morning. Pls ask for Tiago to give you rides from and to the Airport and for personal touring, he is fun and professional. Overall I’d come back here and also recommend to friends "

"The apartment was unbearably hot during the day, with only a flimsy and noisy stand fan that provided little relief. The constant noise from barking dogs, loading and unloading, and people talking and shouting loudly late into the night made it difficult to sleep. "Great apartment, great patio, great view. My only issue is the area the apartment is in is saturated with foreign hipsters looking to party. We travel regularly as a family with our school age children to experience the world and culture, and when we return to Lisbon I’ll choose a neighborhood that has less drinking in the parks and streets, less drug dealers, and less shirtless diners. But if this is what you’re looking for and can afford $400/night, you might love this place."

"Really amazing stay! It is still fairly new so one of the bars on the property was in the process of opening, so we didn’t get to check that out. We had coffee and pastries every morning from the coffee shop in the lobby, as well as a cocktail at the outdoor pool bar. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance for most of our trip, but was a little too chilly in October to enjoy anyways. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was nice, easy to grab a quick bite from but you can get better food from restaurants further into the city. The hotel room itself was clean and includes basic necessities in the kitchen area. There is no maid service during your stay but you can request new towels if needed. The area is great, not far from the airport and directly across from one of the subway stations and a park. Very easy to get an Uber within a few minutes. Walking to the train station or to the main touristy part of Lisbon is about 45 minutes and was a very safe and enjoyable walk. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"I actually had an issue trying to get a hold of Expedia to move up my reservation by one day. I literally had to chat online with 3 different agents. They kept giving me phone numbers to call Expedia.. numbers that did not answer. Marco and Joia, at the Radisson, were extremely professional and were a great helping resolving the issue. They saved my vacation. Thank you so much, guys!! "

Holiday Inn Express Lisbon Airport, an IHG Hotel

"We liked that it was a very good breakfast included. They also.provided dinner for a reasonable price and it was good. So we did not have to go out of hotel to eat. There is no resteraunts or stores close to this Holiday Inn so meals to pay for was a good service. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful."

"I love this property!! To start with, I communicated with the hotel via Expedia messaging prior to my trip and Pestaña always responded and quickly at that. Upon arrival, I was able to check-in early which was much appreciated after a 15 hour journey. The staff was so nice at check-in and also throughout my stay. I called down once during my visit for some more Nespresso pods and housekeeping brought them to my room within five minutes. That is the kind of service Pestaña provides. The hotel was in the BEST location. I booked this hotel not knowing any of the neighborhoods but consider my self lucky for stumbling upon this gem. There no noise concern. Lastly, the hotel was absolutely adorable. My room was decorated beautifully and spacious enough for two people. Like I said, I love this hotel! I already made another reservation with Pestaña for another stay in 2 weeks…but this time in Spain!"
