"We enjoyed a 4-night stay at beautiful Avenida Palace, Lisbon. Our twin room was larger than other hotels we stayed in, and the room was refreshed as needed daily. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A great buffet breakfast is provided. "I loved staying at this hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Lisbon. The room was beautiful with great amenities, however it was missing body lotion (it had great shampoo, conditioner, body wash) The room was an interesting layout that was not shown in any photos online, so I would suggest showing the layout as the bathroom is not in a separate room so would be good to show that incase it puts anyone off. "

"Very nice hotel with a great location. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was good with a decent variety of foods. The only issue I had was the air conditioning did not work well in the room. We did not push the issue since it is March and the room cooled if we opened the balcony door. We did let staff know. Hopefully had it been the heat of summer they would have fixed it."

"The hotel reception staff were excellent and especially cortina, she was superb. In terms of the hotel didn't receive any vip benefits or upgraded rooms. My room got 2 single beds although we were a couple with a child. A king bed would have been nice. Hotel needs a refurb as it’s getting worn down. Otherwise no other issues. Breakfast was decent."
