"The service at hotel was great. Rooms were nice, we got one that was two stories so with two adults in bed upstairs and two little kids on sofa bed downstairs. The bed itself was hard to my and husbands preference but bedding/pillows etc were good, clean. Good blackout blinds and functional bathroom w hot water and good water pressure. Staff offered prompt recommendations. If you are dropped off by uber, it’s a walk down a short hill; when we were leaving they did offer their hotel taxi who left from the front door. Coffee, hot chocolate and water available in lobby was a nice touch and a favorite of my kids. Right in Almafa area so nice location and right by tram tracks. Thank you for a nice stay! "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was right in the middle of city center, so everything was walkable distance. 15 mins from the airport. Mini fridge was always stocked and was complimentary. Rooms were clean. Staff was really nice and friendly. Their breakfast buffet wasn't the best, we only ate their twice. I suggest you should do pay as you eat instead of paying for the buffet upfront. Since the hotel is on a busy street, we had to park the car across the street(parking lot that hotel can reserve) and bring bags from the car which was a walk(little inconvenience since we had a baby). I believe even Ubers don't pull up to the front of the hotel, so one needs to be mindful of their luggage and the walk from the street. Overall, it was a positive experience and would definitely stay here again."

"I can only say great things about this hotel. Starting with arranging the airport transfer around midnight. The staff members were super helpful, nice and professional during check in. The room was clean and comfortable size. The automatic blinds on windows were great! Complimentary water! Convenient location and nice water view. Just great!!!!"

"Recently refurbished old convent in the heart of Lisbon. You can walk to shops restaurants and sights. The hop on hop off bus is 2 blocks away. We loved Pinocqo Seafood and other restaurants recommended by the hotel concierge. Uber was fast and reliable."

"Magnificent. The location in the old town could not be better. The staff are amazing, very cheerful and caring. Unexpected extras for free are two hour gúided walking tours twice each day and wine in the lobby each evening."
