"The booking was confirmed on a 2nd floor, i got a 3rd floor, all switches dirty actually black, bed horrible mattress, there was a alarm ringing at 04 am on first night, and toilet cleaning very bad specially in the shower. Mean time I have lung emphysema and I complain about the floor as confirmation was to a 2nd floor they said that wasn’t for us chose the floor even if of the booking wouldn’t show that you were going to stay on a 3rd. So yes mainly was very bad "

"Location near Rossio Sq. was helpful and a Tourist kiosk was available on the Square, not far from the hotel. The room was clean and all was in order, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. There were some works being done in the stairwell and a little noisy but good that the property is being upgraded. The common areas/lounge near the rooms were not so inviting but the room cleanliness made up for this. "

"The staff here we're incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a really great stay, great breakfast, comfortable clean rooms and a safe feeling with easy check in/check out and ability to store our bags before/after check in/out times which was so helpful. It is a busy, noisy neighborhood into the evening but absolutely perfect for easy walking and metro access in Lisbon. "

"The property was very nice. The only issue was that there are no elevators in it. You need to walk two flights of stairs just to get to the office. Then our room was two flights of stairs more. Room was nice. No refrigerator or Tv. Great location though. We were across from the Christmas Market at the square. Staffwas very nice and spine good English. "
