not my cup of tea. beyond the virtual uncomfortable check-in in a dark small space , one o f the towels had what seemed to a blood stain, turned out to be a sewed on orange mark- hmm.. why do that? waking up by two bloody bed bugs was certainly the confirmation this was was a price per dollar big mistake.

Everything was amazing and much better than expected! The only let down was the shower - it was quite dark and compared to the rest of the studio a bit dated. Otherwise I had an amazing stay! Wish I could’ve stayed longer :)

Funky Santos Apartment
We stayed for 5 nights, the apartment was bigger than expected, with 2 loos! Although the ensuite door didn't close due to warped floor. Bed was comfortable, service good, cleaners came in every day although we didn't see them. No view due to lack of windows, but we were on the ground floor. We had trouble doing the virtual check in, but that might have been just us! Thankfully help was at hand via the phone link and all was quickly sorted. The local area was quiet at night, it's quite a hike into the central area and is not on metro system, but the bus and tram linked to the centre in about 10 mins. I would recommend the apartment and the Santos area if you don't want to be in the centre.

I just stayed over for one night. It’s quite central and only a couple of kilometres from the airport which is quite handy if you have to stay overnight to catch a flight next morning. The check in facilities is quite impressive, everything automatic which makes it easier to deal with.

We enjoyed the stay. We were in the lower level and had quite of bit on noise from the outside with a window that we could not close. We wore our ear plugs and it was ok. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleaning staff’s service. It was contrary to what one reviewer stated. The worst part was check in day. The Atomated system was complicated after a long trip. It was in a small dark stairwell and we had to skype call to get them to reset it. After that. All is well. They should have a detailed list of what to do. A Sherpa guide would help.

Hello Lisbon used to provide a shampoo/conditioner/bodygel dispenser in the showers. These have been removed and no bottles were provided. The only soap in the unit was in the kitchen. The combo washer/dryer did not have any instructions provided, making it difficult for non-Europeans to use the machine. The new check-in kiosk gave us a faulty room code, requiring us to stand there in the non air-conditioned "lobby" on the phone with someone to get a new code. No washcloths.

Hotel was lovely, a lot better than expected. Value for money fantastic, in a really good, pleasant location. Only problem was automatic check-in did not work, however someone was on call to help us. Only constructive feedback was the wifi code was not given on arrival, but this is minor. The apartment was clean, and cleaned every day, had a really cool vibe to it. Shower was great and bathroom was big. Space to cook, if you wanted, with a big fridge and a freezer. TV in the room and bed really comfortable. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back if I were to visit Lisbon. Hosts were great, really communicated well pre-visit. Really impressed.

Great hotel, near Airport and Metro - Great staff!
We had a short, but great stay at this hotel. We booked it, but were somewhat apprehensive, based on the pictures we saw on Hotels.com website. As it turns out, it is very modern, clean, friendly, great wifi, close to airport, nice hot/cold breakfast - and a shuttle to the airport that runs every 20 minutes, in case it is raining, and you don't want to walk the very short distance to the airport. Check-in was quick and room was well appointed. The bathroom is separated by a curtain only, not a wall - which was somewhat surprising to me, but didn't really matter. So close to the Metro too - so I was thinking that we could have even stayed here for the whole time we were in Lisbon, as it is 10-15 minutes to any tourist destination on the Metro.

The good: - clean - all amenities - air conditioning - nice shower - OK location (~30 min walk to centre, 30 min walk to Centro de Congressos) - split level, with bedroom in the basement The bad: - NOISE.... the apartment was located at street level; anything happening outside was directly heard inside... such as people chatting on the street, or even worse the trash collection at midnight... There is no sound insulation from the front door (which opens directly to the street) but also very poor insulation in the ceiling, so people walking around above the apartment made massive racket. - Windows... as in there are no real windows. There is a small glass window in the kitchenette area and a mother in the bedroom but they both open in to a space in the middle of the building so really no views or anything like that - TV - minor issue, but the remote does not actually operate the TV Overall OK place to sleep, as long as you don't like sleeping early because of the incessant noise. While it was clean and initially inviting, sadly you'll want to minimise the time you spend in the apartment.

Convenient, clean and central
This hotel works well as serviced apartment- it is small by North American standards, but is comfortable. The bathroom, kitchenette & 'bedroom' were relatively large making them very usable. The 'living room' was small. But you hardly go to Lisbon to sit in your apartment. The surrounding area has several groceries, so if you want to save money, a three minute walk and you can get the necessicities. The apartment includes a small washer/dryer which works okay, but you'll need to buy detergent. One problem is that having no traditional lobby, you can't just drop your bags. They did let me in to the room, as the cleaning staff(friendly & competent) were there. The hotel is a short walk from the Santos train station which can connect you to the beach at Cascais for €2.20. The TimeOut Market(Mercado de Ribeiro) is about a 15minute walk and enjoins the Sodres train station and a metro(subway) station. Would I stay there again? Yes! Would I stay with my family? Yes!

We only stayed for one night. It's a very nice apartment. Only complaint would be I wish they had an elevator! We were on the 4th floor and taking 50 lbs suitcases were not fun. Also trying to find a parking spot around there was a bit tough too.

I rented two of these apartments because my mum and I wanted to have a bedroom each. The photos on the website made it look like the apartments were more like bedsits i.e. a bed with a sofa at the end of it, and a small kitchen & bathroom just off the main room. The reality was very different! We were extremely surprised to find that the apartments were enormous! Each would easily have slept 3 people! There was a ground level livingroom with a sofa-bed, a kitchen & bathroom, and then an enormous basement bedroom with two single beds (pushed together European style), with a lovely little ensuite. So, we found ourselves with enough room for 6 people! haha! Oops! Still, it worked out pretty well! I can't really fault the place at all. It was very clean, extremely safe, & we spent a lovely 4 nights here. The only thing might be that the room was a little chilly, being in a basement, but once we figured out how to work the AC heater it was grand. (I imagine it would be a welcome relief in the height of summer!) Location wise, it couldn't have been better! Ridiculously close to a multitude of tram stops & bus routes, taxis passing at the end of the street, & about a 25 minute walk from the placa figueira. It's extremely close to the 'Timeout' Market (where there are 30 restaurants in a huge food hall). I definitely know where I will be staying if I come back to Lisbon! Couldn't have been better! Also special thanks to the transfer service who were exceptionally helpful!

Good location. New apartment with all facilities.
Close to Lisbon attractions. New apartment, clean and with all facilities, including washer/dryer (pleasant surprise in the middle of our trip. No lift...we had to carry our luggage up to the second floor. Parking around is very difficult to find (you need to very good in parallel parking, as the drives leave very little space between cars). We had a pleasant stay and would go back with lighter luggage..

Okay... but noisy and not too comfortable
Meh, I think the room was just okay. Please know the studio apartment does NOT come with a sofa bed. It's a small leather love seat only. I was disappointed thinking it would be a couch that pulled out into a bed. Overall it was easy to get in with the number lock pad. But it was also very loud. When other people came in and out it would wake me up. The floors were also thin and you could hear every step the person above you took. That drove me crazy. The first night at 3am people were stomping in heels, slamming the doors, and going back and fourth through the stairs. In the room, the shower leaked all over the floor and they never replaced the towel for the floor past the first day. When using the bathroom sink it would fill up and almost spill over too. The place was stuffy as well. But every time I opened the window the neighbors were hanging out the window across the way, so no privacy. I wouldn't say it was a bad stay, just not very comfortable. They also don't have luggage storage. Ugh!

Apartment was a good size but cleanliness could be improved particularly in the shower where there was black mould in some areas and shower gel had not been refilled. The washing powder/fabric softener used on the bed linen was very strong and made it difficult to breathe comfortably when sleeping. There was no ceiling light in the living room area, just a small desk lamp. Lack of a front desk means there is no onsite assistance and also nowhere to leave luggage if you plan to do anything past your checkout time. On my last day, the cleaning lady came knocking 1hr before checkout time and I had to tell her to come back later. There is not much to do in the immediate area, but buses and a tram line are less than 10 minutes away and the main tourist attractions can be reached in 20 to 30minutes.
