"Fantastic stay at Oulton Hall, much better than Slaley Hall in our opinions. Very pleasant staff and little touches to make you feel welcome like the complementary drinks in the fridge and Prosecco and fruit in reception. Could have done with some more bar staff for a busy day evening as waited quite a while for drinks and the jacuzzi button moving to the actual jacuzzi (I know there be a reason why isn’t) but otherwise perfect 👍 "

"See below list of issues: Damaged & dirty furniture in the bedroom. Mattress needed replacing. Bathroom - dated shower, toilet not flushing, extractor dirty and damaged. Emergency signage, non existent. The hotel reception over charged us with no apology, they took our credit card away from reception and ~I demand they haver to return with it. "
