Good clean facilities. Room was a bit of an odd layout - had seperate wardrobe and dressing table area by the bathroom which was good but meant bedroom area was quite cramped. Room would be better set up the other way around. Toilet roll holder needs moving - it was practically on the toilet seat!

Great value stay. Room was nice and clean and appreciate the 12 o clock check out time. Parking is only £10 overnight which is great considering parking in Leeds City Centre is extortionate. Short walk into the centre althought there are also dining options and supermarkets on your doorstep.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel and the car park beside the hotel which included a discount for hotel guests. Our room was both spacious and well laid out and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of room for luggage etc., It is difficult to say anything negative about this hotel.

The perfect place to stay if you're in Leeds for an event at the First Direct Arena. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms neat and well laid out, and the hotel is in walking distance of the car park, arena, and city centre.

I can't fault the hotel, facilities, location and the ease of parking (in the multi-story literally next door). Staff were friendly - only gripe is that I would have liked more tea bags and milk in the room but that was easy enough to resolve. The self-service breakfast was excellent. We were a little unlucky that the price was high when I booked but for central Leeds it could not have been better located.
