"The hotel is nice and the staff I interacted with seemed very friendly helpful, and incredibly polite. The lobby, bar and restaurant area look pretty new and are nice spaces. "Second time saying at The Queens Hotel and a lovely experience as usual. The staff is incredible and the hotel is fabulous. Can’t ask for more central location than right next to the train station. Modern facilities and spotless. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about The Queens. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the Club room was very comfortable and stylish. I liked the pool and health club area, the facilities were excellent. All the staff I came across were friendly and kinds. Breakfast in the morning was lovely, a good selection of hot and cold options. Only thing that I would suggest is to have a regular cup in the room for those wanting a cup of tea. The coffee cups to go with the coffee pod machine are really small for a regular drink. "What a fabulous hotel. Huge room comfortable bed, very clean, nice powerful shower, lovely quality furniture. Staff were lovely, helpful going above and beyond. Thank you all. "

"Overall very happy with our stay. Only some attention to detail issues. Our room was not ready on arrival. We didn't wait long but it wasn't as if we arrived early. Also we were offered drinks while waiting which I later found out we were charged for. Our tea and coffee was not replenished after the first night."

"See below list of issues: Damaged & dirty furniture in the bedroom. Mattress needed replacing. Bathroom - dated shower, toilet not flushing, extractor dirty and damaged. Emergency signage, non existent. The hotel reception over charged us with no apology, they took our credit card away from reception and ~I demand they haver to return with it. "
