"See below list of issues: Damaged & dirty furniture in the bedroom. Mattress needed replacing. Bathroom - dated shower, toilet not flushing, extractor dirty and damaged. Emergency signage, non existent. The hotel reception over charged us with no apology, they took our credit card away from reception and ~I demand they haver to return with it. "

"Only a 1 night business trip, so no time to make full use of the facilities. The staff however were excellent, especially Robin who was on reception when I arrived late in the evening to check in. My reservation had not been properly added to the system and so she was unable to check me in. We quickly established that I should have been booked in and although it took nearly 30 mins to resolve she ensured I was looked after, arranged a drink from the bar and ensured the issue was resolved.
