"Aside from the rooms being very small, the stay was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly, lobby was very nice, and location was very walkable - a short walk to many restaurants and maybe ten to fifteen minutes from Dotonbori. As mentioned, the only issue was the room size, we had a family of four with luggage and we couldn’t really move about the room comfortably without climbing over things. "

"Comfortable stay near shinkensai and a subway line so easy to get around the city. A lot of amenities (free drinks, happy hour) and even cultural events going on in the lobby that changes every day. I had an issue with my room and the staff was quick to find a solution. Overall a nice stay! "

"Very nice hotel, location is great - just be mindful the nearest subway into town is about a 5-7 min walk depending on your walking pace. Bus stops are closer though. The elevators get quite jammed during check out time so be mindful of that. These are absolute nit-pick comments as I had a great stay and the staff are ultra friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely be back!"
