"Looks like this hotel has been recently renovated. Rooms are good size, has a separate toilet and bath which is rare in Japan. There's a handheld shower and deep tub for soaking. Lots of dining options, shopping and transportation nearby. The only thing that was disappointing was having to take a separate elevator from the ground or train level to the hotel lobby. "

The staff were really helpful and kind even with the language barrier, but both sides managed to make it work with google translate. I was stressing about the best way to send our luggage to our next hotel in Tokyo and the receptionist was really helpful organising Yamoto. The breakfast was also really nice. "

"New hotel opened on 21/3/2025, easy access from Osaka station ,next to the hotel is the shopping mall ,a lot of restaurants and shops also a spa .I will definitely stay here again "
