"Saw many reviews about the locatilon being 'right on the subway' but the subway entrance right on the street is into the maze that is the Osaka station, and still a 5-10 min walk underground to get to your platform. We got lost so many times trying to come back out that entrace at the end of the day LOL. An good spot in Osaka, on a side street. "처음인 일본 여행의 첫 일본 호텔 뉴오타니 오사카 방이 그리 크지는 않았지만 깔끔하고 5성급 호텔로써 서비스 용품들은 부족하지 않았습니다. 조금 아쉬운 점이 있었다면 4박 하는 동안 청소를 한 번쯤은 해줄만도 한데 수건이나 물 비누 등 서비스 용품만 갈아주고 청소는 전혀 해 주지를 않더라고요. ^^;; 그 이외에는 모든 것이 다 만족합니다. "

"It was a mixed bag. We had 2 rooms - one was great, one said newly renovated but looked anything like it (had old bathtub, small etc). Bellboy was not helpful, but people at the desk were helpful. "The property is clean and staff are all Very polite and helpful. But the location is next to a fire or emergency station, and there was 2-3 alarms of the vehicles every night between 11pm - 6am.
