Amazing property and staff! Very convenient with many restaurants and shopping options. The room was much larger than expected, which is nice compared to other properties in Japan that seem to be much more compact. We will definitely stay here again.

Great, respectful, attentive staff. Our room was okay nothing fancy, however, breakfast was great. You would need to walk ~10-15 min. from the hotel to Osaka Station. All-in-all we enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful room
The service at this hotel is exceptional. All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely. It was spacious and comfortable with nice views over the river.

The service was fantastic and the facility is definately 5 stars. Osaka is a great location, short train ride to both Kyoto and Kobe, There is so much to see and do here, our week went by very quickly.
