"The place is really clean and the staff are very nice. The bathroom was just a little old like the bidet didn't work. But there was a Onsen on the top floor to relax after a long day that stayed open till quite late. It's also quite close to Osaka station and umeda station. You can take the underground walkway to go directly in front of the hotel (exit M14) Do note that it's right in the middle of the red light district if you mind that."

"It was a very pleasant stay. Everything i rate at 5 star except for that one time when we checked in at 10pm there was noone at the concierge to take our luggage and we had 5 big ones. But everything else was great. I would definitely come back"
