"A great little older beach motel. Easy walk to the beach near the back of the property and restaurants within walking distance too. The village is small and mostly residential, yet there is a Food Lion and several restaurants and shops within a mile or so. "

The pool was fantastic, but was surrounded by weeds and included a pile of broken and rusted pool toys. The pool loungers(3) were all broken and unusable. It was nice to have direct access to the beach, a short walk over the dunes for a day in the sand. However, the fence door was not secure and with a dog and small child, this was a concern. "Wonderful stay! Awesome property! Perfectly clean! Would give it 10 stars if that were an option. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a marvelous stay. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic view. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the pelicans, cormorants, and gulls as well as the jumping mullet. Mike is an excellent host! This is our second time staying at Mariner's Terrace. Definitely would stay again. "
