"A great little older beach motel. Easy walk to the beach near the back of the property and restaurants within walking distance too. The village is small and mostly residential, yet there is a Food Lion and several restaurants and shops within a mile or so. "

"This is a perfect mix of boutique hotel and vacation rental. Interior is modern and clean, with lots of space. High end finishes, and very comfortable. The wellness deck is very nice, overlooking the sound for great sunsets. Our suite was adjacent, with a small private deck. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. This was a perfect base for exploring the area, and then come back to a comfortable and clean cocoon."

"The house was very nice it was hard to keep upstairs cool at times and very hard to get tvs to work but we had a great time "

"Exactly as listed, I’ve been coming to Avon yearly for decades, (anyone have a nice place for sale?) This property is right on 12 basically as soon as you get into town. Walking distance to the beach and Froggy Dogs. The pool table and arcade games on the first floor are a nice touch. Would recommend and stay again. "

"Beautifully decorated for Christmas, the condo was a perfect respite after the busyness of the holidays and a great place to welcome the New Year. The weather was warm for December, but still breezy. The hosts thought of every single detail and amenity. The view was amazing, with spectacular sunrise views and dolphins. Hope to stay there again. "I enjoyed my stay, l was able to walk to the ocean, there are shops, restaurants, and museums around the beach house to go and visit. The house is in need of updating, like the furniture, the door to the main bathroom is cracked and hard to close, the door to the outside shower needs work once you open it you can't close and lock the door, the garden hose in front of the house is broken in two, the vents in the bathrooms need to be cleaned so they work better, and the house should be updated to...

"The house was exactly as shown in the pictures, the rooms were spacious and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There were plenty of puzzles, games for kids. The roof top deck was our favorite deck at night for the sunsets. We saw a momma deer with her babies, frogs, ducks, and lots of turtles, the wild life was a plus. The pool was a perfect size for cooling off after a long day at the beach. We had a wonderful vacation the only thing we wished for was is a full size grill instead of the...
