"The property was clean and spacious. The only things we didn’t like was the AC, lack of cable tv (news channels), and windows on the front door. The AC didn’t go below 68 and reset to a higher temperature after we went to bed. I had to get out of bed in the middle of the night and turn it down again. "A quiet street close to everything, (fishing pier, beach and bars/restaurants. Great facilities but could use some fresh paint in the rooms, and outdoor shower needs some floor boards replaced. Would return if in the area"

"Overall our vacation was a 5, but this house is more like a 3. The property has great potential, but has not been maintained. The pool was fantastic, but was surrounded by weeds and included a pile of broken and rusted pool toys. The pool loungers(3) were all broken and unusable. It was nice to have direct access to the beach, a short walk over the dunes for a day in the sand. However, the fence door was not secure and with a dog and small child, this was a concern. "Exactly as listed, I’ve been coming to Avon yearly for decades, (anyone have a nice place for sale?) This property is right on 12 basically as soon as you get into town. Walking distance to the beach and Froggy Dogs. The pool table and arcade games on the first floor are a nice touch. Would recommend and stay again. "
