"This cabin was a wonderful place to stay in the Fall. This side of the Smokies is much less crowded than Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. For those who want the peace and quiet of nature, this is the place to come. Please note, the approach to the cabin is a little scary the first time up because of the one lane/moderately steep road. "The cabin was perfect for our family's trip to the area. We spent time in Byson City, Cherokee, and a few stops in the Smokeys. It was close to ask 3 locations which made travel easy. We loved the huge yard where we threw a football and played some soccer, and also spending time by the creek that runs along the property. The inside was clean and also perfect for the four of us. Electric fireplace and a heater in the bathrooms for after the shower was a nice touch. "

"The cabins at healing springs are as the name goes, healing. 😇 cozy, quaint, Appalachian charm. The actual spring water is iron and mineral-rich. Took home a few gallons and should have stocked more. My dog loved the property as well. Don’t forget to utilize their fire pits to roast marshmallows and gaze upon the Appalachian night stars and constellations."

She had the cabin all ready and offered help with maintaining the woodburning stove and recommendation for the area. We went to the area to pick up a tree at Mehaffey Tree Far where we not only got a beautiful tree but met the owners who were very nice and posed for a picture with our Newfoundland dog. "Clint's cabin was perfect for our family of 3. It had everything we needed and was in the perfect location. Only thing that might have been helpful would have been more towels and rags in the bathroom and kitchen. We had 1 towel and rag per person for 5 nights and only 1 dish rag and dish towel in the kitchen for the 5 day stay, but we made it work with no problem. The cabin was spotless when we arrived.
