"The stay was overall pretty good. The only thing we found was there are only 2 washers and dryers for the entire campground. 1 washer was broken and there was no change machine to get quarters and the office was closed. Could also use a playground for the little ones as there isnt much for kids on the property other than the pool for summer. "

"Location and camper was awesome had everything you needed for a quick get away. Only suggestion is to consider replacing grill we would have grilled out but it was not use able. Otherwise great vacation!!!!"

There were some important truths missing from the listing at the time. Hopefully it has since been updated so others will know what they are in for & can make a more informed choice. Things to know: there is no electricity. The lights in the pictures are from solar panels; there is a very cool outdoor shower but it is cold...

"Nice, cozy, open-air cabin. Beautiful location. comfortable bed, heated blanket. It has its own walking trails and gorgeous views. I enjoyed staying."

"The only toilet facilities was a porta potty which smelled and looked like it had not been emptied in months. Shower did not have a way to lock the door of the only shower, to keep others out. We did not have cell phone reception because of the mountains and no way to contact the owner. No one was around to check us in."

THIS is the best place to do just that! No frills, just basic needs and nature.
