The Thai restaurant was above and beyond. Unparalleled in terms of cuisine, presentation and service. So they need to be careful as things are getting shabby. The spa was closed too. Breakfast - we’ve had better. So yeah it’s losing its sparkle now"

"Too many rude Russians, we decided to go elsewhere as the lounge chairs had the same people reserving the same lounge chairs daily! Their towels would be on the chairs and they would be gone for hours! From early morning which was strange seeing the towels weren’t made available until 9am, but they seem to reserve them daily! Loud and Rude, they have no consideration for anyone but their own race! "

Also, our early checkin and late checkout may seem like a small thing, but it added immensely to our flight schedule and ease of travel.
