"The villas are gorgeous with great ocean views and a beautiful swimming pool. The common areas are very clean and well kept. The staff is nice but in most cases their English is very limited. Not easy to communicate with them. Our villa was very pretty but it was up too high on the hill and far from the lobby, spa, restaurants, so we had to call and get the hotel golf cart every time we wanted to leave the villa and get back to it. Next time I would prefer a villa closer to the amenities"

"This was my fifth visit to the hotel. The hotel staff are warm and welcoming and many of them have worked there for several years. The rooftop pool is amazing and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The quality and choice of food at breakfast is great. Try the eggs Benedict. I have stayed in many hotels in Thailand. This is my favourite."

"Nice and clean hotel. We had a moisture problem in the room and they solved it immediately. Very responsive and quick service. The half board selection is not quite good though. You eat from the same menu every single night which becomes boring after some time. I would prefer some sort of credit so that we can go to different restaurants and eat from different menus. If you can eat outside, I would go for only breakfast included option. Pool is big and clean, Very good spa and massage options. Although it is 2 min walking distance, Hotel does not have beach front access. Great beach though. I would definitely go again to this Hotel."
