"I stayed here for over a week with my son- two rooms. Both rooms were comfortable and spacious. All the staff was wonderful- friendly, helpful and would oblige with any request. I felt sorry at times that some customers (mainly from Northern Europe) were often rude and greedy when it came to breakfast service. We would stay here again. "

"Really great place…no real complaints. It’s a bit hilly so a lot of up hill walking but they do have shuttles which are pretty convenient. You can take the shuttle to Karon beach as well HOWEVER last shuttle back is 6 so you can’t really go to Karon for dinner or see the sunset. But that said you could still use Grab to come back. Anyway highly recommended. "

"This was a great hotel , it’s under construction but didn’t affect us much during our stay. The location is great for walking to the beach and to town. We rented scooters across the street for like $9 US dollars a day and had the best time! The pool was refreshing with the swim up bar. We had a basic king room but it was close to the lobby and the pool and was very spacious. The hotel was full so we couldn’t upgrade but tbh this room was perfect for us. We definitely would stay again. Oh try the pumpkin with Thai custard dessert it’s delicious "

One of the highlights of our evenings was the live music at the Andaman Lounge, which added a wonderful ambiance to our stay. I highly recommend trying the ravioli at Karon Cafe; it was a standout dish that we looked forward to. The hotel also boasts clean swimming pools and spacious rooms, which made our stay even more comfortable. We booked two junior suites, and they were simply brilliant. Overall, our experience at Pullman Phuket was amazing, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway."
