"Beautiful views and very kind service with all workers there but the rooms you can just tell are older and haven’t been updated in a very long time. Even the in-room phones look like they’re from 1990. If this resort did a revamp they would be unstoppable. "Unique point was the location as Patong beach was just 2 mins walk. It’s very spacious and easy walkable to shopping etc. Staff was amazing with always smile. At the check in, the hospitality was great with free fresh fruit offered. We loved the hotel for everything. It’s great we booked it long before our travel as the booking was full nearly 1 month before. "

"The property is quite and very secluded. The staff is very kind and friendly. The pool villa was very large and nice but needs updates. The color of the curtains is too dark for our taste. The beach area is beautiful. As the location is very secluded there are no restaurants around, only those from the hotel so every time we wanted to get out we had to take a taxi. Overall a nice property but needs updates"

"We had booked a couple of deluxe rooms at this property after reading the great reviews online. We were thoroughly disappointed to see the rooms when we checked in. They had a funky style, old furniture and mosquitoes to boot. Complained to both Expedia and Metadee. They resolved the situation spectacularly! Upgraded both our rooms to 2 separate villas!! The villas were huge improvement and made our stay memorable. Giving them 5 stars for their service. Shout out to Akira and Natcha at the front...

"We stayed for 5. Nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and the facilities were just ok. For the cost of our stay expected more. Our room smelt apon arrival, there are no ice machines on the property, the food was good, the pool was not heated but not uncommon to find. The pool didn’t appear to have a working filtration system. The shower in the room had a sign that said very hot and anytime someone flushed in other rooms flushed the water got scolding hot for a few moments. Also...
