"Huge hotel, Separated to two different areas with own receptions. Spa side looked nicer. We were on the other side. Lots of people. Rooms outdated. We had to change the first room which had very strong smell of detergent or something else. Room changing was smooth"

"Overall this hotel is good. And even though it is still being built. It’s not an issue. It just isn’t very pretty in some places but all the bits that count are nice. I think the overall gripes with this hotel is the general cleanliness. The pool area and general surroundings need a regular clean. The room was cleaned well but there was always plates etc outside peoples room that stayed there for days at a time. And then a lot of the staff all felt very young and inexperienced. Which...

"Every thing was great ,the staff were great they couldn’t do enough for us they looked ,after every thing for us ,so helpful The food was fab the room was beautful the swimming pool was fab we give it 5 star all the way. "Too many rude Russians, we decided to go elsewhere as the lounge chairs had the same people reserving the same lounge chairs daily! Their towels would be on the chairs and they would be gone for hours! From early morning which was strange seeing the towels weren’t made available until 9am, but they seem to reserve them daily! Loud and Rude, they have no consideration for anyone but their own race! "

"Good resort. Breakfast was great. It took us 5 minutes to get from the front desk to our room. It's that big! The views were incredible! The room was comfortable and the beach was very close. The staff at the front desk was a bit cold but okay. The people at the taxi stand were helpful and kind. The happy hour was buy one get one. Very large resort so it took a day to figure out navigation. Would recommend!"
