"Our stay at the Pullman was nothing short of amazing. The place is massive with multiple pools restaurants etc. heaps going on if you want that. Close to Karon Beach main centre for shopping etc. we had a room on the 12 floor overlooking the ocean. Amazing views with balcony, great room with bar fridge, tea coffee, water etc. good bathroom with bathtub. Comfy clean bed. Very quiet at night too. Special mention to all the super friendly staff. They can't do enough for you. In room food service...

"Pros: It's convenient and the staff is generally very friendly and helpful. They also have what you would expect from a hotel near the beach - beach towels, mesh bag and slippers. They also provide a crib upon request. Cons: The bathtub is in the corridor and doesn't have a shower head. As such, the water cools down very fast and the sand or dirt is very hard to drain off. We had asked for additional beach towels and bath towels (because there were 3 of us) and had to do so every day as the...
