We really enjoyed staying at this resort Pros * Very friendly and accommodating staff. * Lots of food options for dining in restaurant. * style/vibe of room was unique and fun. * enjoyed the tables in the roof top pool. * will hold bags before check in/after check out. * wifi was good and we were able to sign into our in room entertainment options on tv eg. Netflix * pool was open 24/7 for those late night swims Cons * pool is on the smaller side. Only 3 tables inside pool * about 1km walk to get to other food/entertainment options.

This is a lovely resort. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Good on-site Restaurant, well priced food ,good range of meal options and reasonably priced. The Spa was excellent also, suggest you try the Hot Stone Massage - superb. The Rooftop Pool was fantastic and you could use this 24 /7. Unlike other resorts at Phuket, no road noise, super relaxing place. We will be back next year.

We had a great stay here. The staff are very lovely and accommodating (including Kom) and the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool has a great view, and the buffet breakfast is also good. We also ordered room service one day and the meals (burgers and sandwich) were surprisingly good. The hotel location is on a hill, a short walk into town and from the beach. We didn’t find this to be an issue but you could use the hotel shuttle if needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the wonderful resort, my husband, our daughter and myself, stayed for 8 nights, so much so when we return to Phuket, Thailand we will stay at this resort again. The food is very good, the service is fantastic. Just an all round well run resort, run by people who care and are super attentive to your needs. Loved the hotel and the staff. I was here with my family, and we enjoyed all of it’s amenities ie Jacuzzi, spa, sauna , swimming pools, laundry services etc.. We even got a room upgrade as per expedia VIP perks! Overall we had an amazing time here at pacific club resorts

Mr Sun and the entire staff is wonderful! Most speak excellent English. The hotel is cute, clean, (watch that you don't accidentally step on a snail 😊), the food is delightful and they can accommodate for specifics-to a degree I'm guessing as everyone there far exceeded my expectations. They can call and make appointments for you, as they assisted me guidance to Big Buddha and arrange my tattoo appointment. You will feel at home here. The beach is within walking distance or the hotel can arrange transfer. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful week's stay at Pacific Club Resort. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The resort was immaculately clean and well maintained. My suite was roomy, the bed extremely comfortable, and I loved the private balcony overlooking the ocean. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, all meals were delicious, and a wonderful breakfast including made to order egg station. Thanks so much - I'll definitely come back to Pacific Club Resort if I'm in the area.

This hotel was beautiful, inside and out. It felt like a tropical paradise with all of the greenery. The staff were kind and attentive and the room was so spacious! The pool and sauna were highlights. For those of you who don't love walking, this hotel is a 10 minute walk to the other shops and restaurants so keep this in mind. I will definitely stay here when I'm back in Phuket.

The staff here is super friendly. The location is a ten minute walk from the beach. The hotel is dark because of the ceiling and how it feels enclosed. The doors are thin so noise travels into your room. The walls are thicker so can’t hear neighbors on that end. For the price it’s a good deal.

The resort was a real gem, incredible value for money, great pool and view, but the staff were the highlight! Jose, Oliver and the other wonderful young adults that served in the restaurant, cleaned our rooms, worked in reception, many of them escaping war in Myanmar, were polite, friendly, engaging and professional. Would highly recommend!

This place is really nice...excellent staff. .very attentive and caring.....beautiful pool area and the food is great...we hardly ate anywhere else...the walk to the beach is a little inconvenient but if you are able to rent a bike getting around is easy and fun...Karon beach is surprisingly nice...especially the southern area....had a great 9 days..
