"A great place to stay and visit Vienna for a weekend break. Loved the rooms, great shower, free minibar and restocked, everything is of a good quality high 4 star. Pillows good, bedding and everything was clean and accessible. It was lovely and quiet and so central. The roof top bar and Cj on Friday evening was a lot of fun. Definitely recommend and stay again at this chain of hotel."

We appreciated that when we needed to extend out stay due to a family medical emergency, they worked to keep us in the same room. The desk people gave us helpful advice about nearby shopping. "Chose the hotel because we had an early morning flight. There were a lot of negatives unfortunately. There was a stink from the sewer through out as the common washroom was ajar. The same stink pervaded our room washroom also. The shower stall has no place for keeping our soap dish. There was no soap provided and the dispenser near the sink was empty.
