"Great location and great hotel"

"Although the area is far from the major attactions in Wien, I stayed here because of its proximity to the VIB, since I have to take the bus to Bratislava early the next day. The lady in the front desk was so nice. I originally asked for only one night double room and single night for the second night. But she allowed me to stay in the double room for two nights. "Room was very hot and could not be controlled from the AC controller. The only option provided by the hotel was to open a window. Buffet breakfast was very expensive, we chose to go elese where."

"Situated by the canal, 10 mins from ferry terminal and 15 mins drive from airport. Slightly outside of the central area but easily reached by Uber or walking. Hotel was clean and staff were really helpful. Hotel could do with some updating. Breakfast could have had more options but was very adequate for the cost. Met standards of 3 star. Tea and coffee and fridge in room would add value."
