This is my second stay at this hotel which I chose for its location and hotel’s service. I’m am very pleased with the hotel and its service. The food at is bistro is excellent. Quiet, clean, prompt elevators, not crowded and no noisy.

Had a wonderful time in Vienna, which was made all that much easier by being in walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Booked the Vivaldi concert at Charles’s Church very close by, which was wonderful and reasonably priced. When I say walkable I was getting in about 16000 steps a day, which I saw as a plus!

Loved it all !!! The room was ver comfortable…my wife and I had not sleep in a europien type of bed (two beds side by side) and were sceptical…in the en…we loved the whole experience !! Our bed…the morning breakfast had so much variety and was the best..(do your self a treat…order the breakfast )…there burger was good as well the wine !!!

Booked a twin room for 5 nights. Room was spacious and clean and beds were comfortable. Air con and mini bar worked which was good in mid 30s heat every day. Buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. Received 2 complimentary bottles of water daily. Main Vienna attractions in centre just a 15min walk away. Overall an excellent place to stay.

We had a great time here. The Taylor Swift friendship bracelets that were left in our room really sold us. It was clean and fabulous. The only downside; On our first night there, we had no AC, I let them know twice in the afternoon but nobody stopped by until we were already in bed. The second day someone came and checked on it but it still was not fixed so the staff was nice enough to let us switch rooms which we are very greatful for. We intend to return if we ever return to Austria!

Overall it was a good property. My only complaint was that the air conditioning was barely on. It was very hot in Vienna and we wanted it cold in the room. That was disappointing but still a very clean and nice hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful with scheduling us an unexpected day trip to Budapest. We would not have been able to do it ourselves without spending far more than necessary. We also were in town for the Taylor Swift concert that ended up being cancelled and the hotel left everyone a sweet note about the cancelled show along with friendship bracelets. They really went the extra mile. About a 10- 15 minute walk to the nearest train station.

Friendly staff, all of whom spoke fluent English and were helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean in both public areas & the room. Location great= quick walk from the hotel to multiple tram stops & the tram ride into the city center was less than 10 minutes.
