"We were in Vienna for New Year and this hotel was a great choice for convenience. Check in was easy and the gentleman who welcomed us gave us lots of local information. The room and bathroom were clean, warm and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but we did eat in the restaurant on the first evening as we arrived late, the food was delicious. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area and we were spoilt for choice on other evenings. The hotel is a short walk to the metro...

"The place does not match the image in the advert, so it was very confusing finding the location. Also, the room in the picture and the real room are quite different - this room is a bit larger than a closet. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the lounge downstairs is nice, offers good coffee/espresso, and is comfortable. The room and bath were impeccably clean and the bed comfortable. "

"This hotel is awesome! The staff was very welcoming and respectful! Our room was spacious and very clean. The big plus is the perfect location as it is very near the tram stop and also the U Station. It is also walking distance to the Justizpalast and the Austrian Parliament. There are also restaurant options nearby! All in all, this was the perfect place to stay in Vienna! Highly recommend!"
