A fine hotel but more of a business orientation. Not especially convenient to the older section of the City but right next to the Belvedere museum.

Once a hotel offering courtessies and upgrades, now it offers only a tea boiler kettle. Management has closed the executive lounge, removed the coffee machines from rooms and cancelled the complementary minibars in Premiun rooms. You pay the same but get far less if at all. What used to be a symbol of Austrian class and hotelier courtessy is now more of a very humble zero courtessy bed and breakfast. Very sad to see this hotel become so poor and depart from its previous elegance to this minimal service.

It's about 20 minutes door-to-door from the airport to the Rennweg U-bahn station and then on foot to this modern, clean hotel not far on foot from the city centre (excellent tram connections but also an easy walk). The breakfast is excellent and the staff were consistently helpful. We had a very happy stay.
