The hotel was fantastic. I got a room upgrade for just an extra €17.50 per night and got what is basically a Suite on the top floor (8th). The silence was deafening, even though in the middle of the city.

Decent hotel right next to Belvedere and botanic garden. 15 minutes’ walk to the music society to see music performances in the Golden Hall. A bit away from the city center, about 30 minutes walk or you can take public transportation just across the street. Overall nice stay. The room is dated but spacious and very clean.

The hotel was very comfortable. We had a very large double room with a large bathroom. Buffet breakfast was good, plenty of options but I thought quite expensive. We only had it once. We both had massages which were exceptional. Complimentry bottled water would be nice.

Nice sized room compared to other places we stayed on our trip. Shower/ bath needed to be wider and the tub needs more texture on tub bottom so you don't slip. Towels were thin also. Breakfast selections were good.

Our favorite stay in Austria. Reasonably priced but very deluxe in fixtures and space. Coffee maker in the room!!!! Huge, spacious, well-designed space for a couple. Comfortable couch. Plenty of hangers, space for clothing, hooks where you need them. Even robes and slippers. The bathroom design is perfect, a door to close off the entire bath/toilet/sink areas. [We learned to hate open plan bathrooms with lights that woke up the other person should you use the bathroom at night — and who doesn't?!] The fixtures throughout are sturdy, very good quality, a BATH, and the shower is easy to use. Big elevators, and many of them to get to and from your room. AND great location for getting everywhere you need. Including getting to and from the airport.
