The hotel is centrally located and very close to the subway, trams and other places of interest. The staff is friendly and helpful. "We were in Vienna for New Year and this hotel was a great choice for convenience. Check in was easy and the gentleman who welcomed us gave us lots of local information. The room and bathroom were clean, warm and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but we did eat in the restaurant on the first evening as we arrived late, the food was delicious. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area and we were spoilt for choice on other evenings. The hotel is a short walk to the metro...

"Attractive well appointed hotel. Friendly staff. Everything suited our needs. Modern bathrooms. The only meal available was breakfast but that was available until 12.00. Close to city centre and major tourist attractions. I highly recommend it."
