The hotel is right in the centre of Old Vienna literally minutes away from the legendary Concert Hall and the Vienna State Opera. It was so safe and convenient. I loved my stay here, thank you so much!

The location is excellent for exploring many of the major attractions of Vienna. Quite a few are within an easy 10 to 20 minute walk. The staff is super helpful and well-informed. Our room was spacious, well appointed and clean. We would stay here again when we visit again.

The Hotel is perfectly located, very close to most of the truistic places. I booked tickets for the Opera and Concerts and they were just 10 to 15 walking. A lot of nice restaurants nearby. They also keep my luggage for a few days while I had a trip to Budapest and Hallstatt. The staff was fantastic.

It has an excellent location in the Innere Stadt (old town / city center). Walkable to most of the museums, the opera and the concerts. Also a supermarket just at around 50 steps. The rooms are very good and the pillows were very comfortable.

We were greeted at the desk and allowed early check in - which was REALLY appreciated after a long overnight flight. Then to find out we were upgraded. The room and bathroom were both very spacious and very clean. But I think the best part was opening the window and looking down on the plaza. It was beautiful and the location was within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to do! We had a great stay!

If you need to iron clothes and I assume you do bringing clothes in a suitcase, they don’t have irons, you have to go to another floor and get into a tiny closet where they have an iron for everybody to use. It was kind of scary the place. And the people at the front desk were snobby.
