"We appreciated that some of the workers speak quite good English. The cleaning girl is kind and thorough. We appreciated that when we needed to extend out stay due to a family medical emergency, they worked to keep us in the same room. The desk people gave us helpful advice about nearby shopping. The breakfast is bountiful, delicious, classic Austrian."
