"We were in Vienna for New Year and this hotel was a great choice for convenience. Check in was easy and the gentleman who welcomed us gave us lots of local information. The room and bathroom were clean, warm and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but we did eat in the restaurant on the first evening as we arrived late, the food was delicious. "From December 23 to 28 2024 Excellent staff reception. This hotel has a special ambiance, and we loved it. The room was big, the bed and pillows comfortable and relaxing, but we found the bathtub inconvenient. The breakfast was fabulous, with a different choice for everyone. The staff was always perfect, very attentive and professional. I recommend the hotel. "
