"Friday December 6th 2019, 17:00KST. Lady in black suit at the check in counter called Misun was toxic. She charges around $50 USD for some random extra charge per person. Alright. Annoying but I will pay. HOWEVER, she completely ignored what we were trying to say or ask. Her attitude was bottom leveled, definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. "Real nice big hotel with large rooms. We were upgraded to a slighty bigger bed due to low season during Xmas. Underground parking available. Super nice heated pool with live performances at times. Will be back."

"Before I booked the rooms at this hotel, I read the reviews and was a bit worried about the noise from the airplanes, and also the room condition because i heard the rooms were outdated. Well, I was glad that I had no issue with the noise and slept well. Rooms were outdated but they were well maintained and clean.
