"It is definitely one of the great resorts in Jeju, especially if you are traveling with kids. They have 6 themed kids' rooms: pirate, hot air balloon, and spaceship. Luckily, we were able to get the pirate room, as my kid wished, with their help. The room condition is nearly brand new, with separate areas for parents and kids, and a spacious patio with waterfalls that made our vacation relaxing. The room service food was great too, though I wish there were more selections and extended...

"Loved the scenery and the luxurious vibe. The room was amazing and the outdoor bath was superb. The location was easy enough to get to with a hire car and the staff were fantastic and helpful. Easily the nicest hotel stay I have ever had."

"This hotel was amazing. The staff were so nice and helpful, and most spoke English. The food was delicious at the restaurant and I enjoyed the hot tub in the room. Walking to the Secret Garden was fun and scenic. They helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my friend as well. Highly recommend for both winter and summer!"
