"Our family enjoyed our first trip to Jeju Island and our stay & accommodations at Bayhill made our visit that much more memorable. The Hill Suite was gorgeous and quite spacious for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the rooms each had their own bathrooms which made it very convenient. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. 9/10 - have already recommended the resort to our friends. "

"The staff were very helpful. One person forgot to retrieve items from the closet and had to rush back to the hotel from the airport. The staff and housekeeping quickly assisted in locating the items and getting her a taxi back to the airport in time for our flight."

"The hotel rooms are a little outdated but the property grounds are beautiful. We got there very late at night and woke up to an amazing and beautiful view of the ocean as well as the property grounds. So peaceful and quiet. The staff was very nice. We had a great stay. Very close to waterfalls"
