"Friday December 6th 2019, 17:00KST. Lady in black suit at the check in counter called Misun was toxic. She charges around $50 USD for some random extra charge per person. Alright. Annoying but I will pay. HOWEVER, she completely ignored what we were trying to say or ask. Her attitude was bottom leveled, definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. "I chose this hotel because of it's Hello Kitty rooms. The entire 4th floor was decorated with Sanrio themes and the room we stayed in was amazing! There are 3 different HK theme rooms. We were assigned the 'Ladies room'. Service was impeccable and all the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming! We would definitely come again. Thank you!"
