"Upon arrival, Bomi with concierge was exceptional. She welcomed us with open arms, even upgrading our original garden view room to an ocean view room. Each time we stepped into the lobby, she was instantly ready to accommodate any need we had, from pool towels (for the outdoor heated pool) to dinner plans. If the experience stopped there, it would be 5-star! But there’s more! Our room was perfection, with grand touches, such as heated toilet seats, personal jacuzzi and complimentary items...

The hotel is right next to the beach with a great ocean view. I loved the modern feel to the rooms and all of the extra small amenities that were included. "It is definitely one of the great resorts in Jeju, especially if you are traveling with kids. They have 6 themed kids' rooms: pirate, hot air balloon, and spaceship. Luckily, we were able to get the pirate room, as my kid wished, with their help. The room condition is nearly brand new, with separate areas for parents and kids, and a spacious patio with waterfalls that made our vacation relaxing.
