"Everything was great, my only minor complaint is that our room was pretty far from the main lobby so it was a haul. However, we were really close to a side exit door and had easy access to the pool area which made it worth it. My kids loved the pool and kids play area. During our trip in mid-April, it was still a bit chilly outside but the pools are temperature controlled so it was great. We took dips during the day and in the evening, when they had live music. Breakfast was beyond amazing. So many choices and a separate area with sweet treats for the kids. Hotel is also close to some big tourist spots - just about 10 minutes from the Hello Kitty museum, which was a big hit for our girls. I have been to Jeju multiple times since childhood but this was my first time staying at Lotte and I loved it. I would definitely consider coming back in the future. Highly recommend if you have children."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The bed was soft, and I slept really well during my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and pleasant place to rest. "

"I had a pleasant check in experience, the front desk staff was friendly as soon as I found someone who spoke English. The whole process was quick. The hotel is right next to the beach with a great ocean view. I loved the modern feel to the rooms and all of the extra small amenities that were included. There were bottles of water in the fridge, power cables to charge phones, coffee and tea. "
