It's nice that they give you new towels and water everyday even when you don't do room cleaning, by hanging the stuff on the doorknob. Outside hallways are old and dingy. Glad that there's a 7-eleven convenient store at the hotel too."

"Great location overlooking the sea. Short walk to market, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good with a large variety of food both Korean and western. Only thing was the beds were very hard like sleeping on the floor but has been the same elsewhere in Korea. There was also no aircon as winter season, but when asked they resolved this for me. "

"Friday December 6th 2019, 17:00KST. Lady in black suit at the check in counter called Misun was toxic. She charges around $50 USD for some random extra charge per person. Alright. Annoying but I will pay. HOWEVER, she completely ignored what we were trying to say or ask. Her attitude was bottom leveled, definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. "Our family enjoyed our first trip to Jeju Island and our stay & accommodations at Bayhill made our visit that much more memorable. The Hill Suite was gorgeous and quite spacious for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the rooms each had their own bathrooms which made it very convenient. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. 9/10 - have already recommended the resort to our friends. "
