"Really clean and tidy room. The room was big and spacious as well. Recommended!"

"We had a problem with the first room because the powder room was not so clean (unsanitary stain on the wall) and one closet door was not working properly. However, the hotel staff was very responsive and accommodating; we got a new room with an upgrade and some nice touches (such as the kids robe and slippers). The city/mountain view from our room was stunning! And the beds were super comfortable. Loved the kids arcade and the pools. Appreciated the 7-11 and ate well at the Japanese restaurant. Oh, and there was fantastic music playing throughout the hotel - 80s and 90s soundtrack for this Gen Xer! We would definitely stay again."

"This stay was part of a family and friends adventure for a child's birthday as well as a couple of first time visitors to Jeju. We had a good time. The location was further away from the city than we have stayed before which came with the benefit of fewer tourists, however, it also meant it took us longer to get places. When we checked in, one of the meal cards for the second room was missing, however, when we asked for it, it was quickly corrected. Staff speak multiple languages, so communication was easy. The breakfast was really tasty and convenient. There were a variety of options to suit a variety of taste preferences. There were a couple of weddings in the hotel during our stay which was fun to witness - changing of the couple's posters in the lobby. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The beds could have been more comfortable for us - however, they were fine for the length of time and the purpose we were there. I would like to have had heavier blankets available. The shades were useful for blocking light which let us sleep just a little later. The staff were kind overall. We asked to use a table in the cafe at the end of the day to play a card game and were told we could not, and the staff did not suggest an alternative even when asked. Staff could have been more helpful in that regard. We ended up playing on the floor in one of the rooms for our group. The hotel was close to several restaurants and to bus stops. "

"Located in the rather quiet old city area, the hotel allows you to visit most spots in this area on foot. It takes about 15 mins to go to the airport by taxi. Travelling to the new city area is about the same. The room was clean and comfortable."
