"We had the most amazing time. All of the staff is very friendly and very helpful. We have to thank our butler Felipe for taking such good care of us. Felipe made our stay extra special. The cabana boy Daniel was very fun and really good. we had a brief tour by leo he was extremely helpful when we first arrived. If you go to this resort i hope you have the pleasure of meeting these wonderful Gentlemen they were great! You will not be disappointed! The resort is beautiful."

"Great location for both beach and pool. Decided to do the all inclusive one day which is a great deal for $65/pp and thr bartenders delivered! Breakfast also included daily which was a nice surprise. Dinner and lunch options not as varied if doing all inclusive; so definitely recommend venturing into town and trying a restaurant nearby. "

"We had a great time at this property. Our butlers were wonderful. Everywhere we had dinner reservations was amazing. We love swimming in the ocean. We loved the pool area. Being at the adult resort was pretty amazing! Everything was awesome. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne and we had an ocean view and our room was beautiful. They did a great job restocking anything we needed restocked. They were great at cleaning. We ordered room service a few times and they were wonderful as well. Akita and Alfredo were amazing Butlers! And Lorenzo took the best care of us when we had a pool cabana for the day :)"

"Traveled with my daughter who has Celiac and they provided her with safe dining options every day, at every meal, at every restaurant, with a chef coming out to even ask what she wanted several times. The property was beautiful and staff was constantly cleaning. Never had to fight for a chair, or wait that long for a drink. An amazing vacation! Highly recommend! "

"The staff and property were wonderful! It was nice to not be constantly approached for promotions etc. lots of entertainment, food accommodations, and a good overall atmosphere. The only complaints, are the Asian restaurant and the Italian restaurants could use some improvement, but everything else was top notch! 10/10 "
