Everyone is extremely nice and the facilities are good if not bang up-to-date. the breakfast is excellent, parking very convenient and it's a nice touch to be able to bring 'takeaway' food into the hotel's conservatory to eat. "OK, so we quickly realised this place is being used for socially housing homeless/asylum/those in need. Receptionist who greeted us, young lad, very pleasant and polite and helpful.
